Paytm — deduction of recharged amount of 325 RS from PNB account but rechaged was not successfull

sir, I jitendra bora recharged my Vedeocon DTH NO.73682490 on 13/04/15 at 1700hrs through PNB gateway internet banking and my DTH was not recharged but the same amount was deducted from my account.so, I request you to either recharge my DTH or refund my amount me back.
