Paytm — defected item received and now not attending the issue even not replying my emails

I ordered (order no.[protected] on 15th March) inflatable sofa, i received it in damaged condition, it was leaking i immediately filed complaint at paytm, i got mail from paytm then but after that when i sent photos and details i never receive any mail or comment till date. I think this is the is how they make profit
