Paytm — defected shoes refund amount

i purchase shoes online order no.[protected] order delivery to late 16-mar-2015, product is defected to customer care no.many time not connect than write a mail i tiket no genrate and defected product returned 24-mar-2015, company promised 3-10 days after pick-up defected product but NO REFUND received this day. more mail & call ashoka care but no resolution this issue .company promised mails many time your bal transffered 1st promised : Shubhankar, Mar 26, 04:51: Hi Parvez, Thank you for placing Order # <[protected]> with Paytm.
