Hi,
I bought a Casio watch on 13 Oct 2014, of which order number is
[protected], it got delivered to me on 30 Oct 2014, and within 10 days of
use this watch stopped working. It is a defective product and I want to
return it. I had already raised a request for return of this watch
around 10 days ago and waiting for PayTm courier partner to pick this
up, but no body came so far. I also followed up PayTm customer care 2
times but of no use.
I also tried many times on mails but now they are not responding to
mails, and they don’t have any proper customer care number where you can
talk directly to teir executive.
For me PayTM looks like cheating their customer by selling defective
product, if they really care customer they should have return it.
