[Resolved]  Paytm — defective product from paytm.com, no refund or exchange even though I returned the product 20 days ago.

This is regarding the product I received from the paytm.com for the ORDER NO. [protected], canon powershot sx600hs with free 2200mah power bank 4 GB memory card carry case ( item #[protected]. When I open the packing the camera box seal was already open. Very untidy box. The camera was already been used. The charger, connecting cable all are of different products. Inside the box there is no memory card as mentioned in the purchase and there is no carry case. The biggest blunder is that I ordered for the silver color and I received the red one, which is Rs.2000 more than other websites ( flipkart.com). I have returned the item the very next day I received the product (12th dec 2014). The returned product has reached the paytm hub in kanpur on 17th dec 2014. Till now not a single voluntary intimation from the Paytm. Their responses to mails are vague and very irresponsible replies. Now I don't have neither money nor the camera. This was my first salary, and all my desires to buy a camera got vanished with this fraud shopping website. Please Please Please help me to get my money back. I am in bad need of money. And its not small amount for me. That was Rs. 11248.
