Paytm — Deficiency in service. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I had ordered a set of Gritstone T-shirts and Kouton denims from Paytm, order no.[protected], dated 12/04/2015. My complaint is concerned with the set of Gritstones t-shirts pack. The size that I had chosen was medium but the order details displayed size as small due to which I cancelled the order, but as it was already handed to the courier I was asked not to accept the product once it reaches me. The product was delivered to my house today and since I was not at home, my parents unaware of the situation accepted the order. I still tried to confirm if it fits me just to avoid the long return procedure.The product does not fit me and I therefore want to return the product and want refund for the same. I have written to the paytm customer care thrice but there has been no reply from their side yet. The return policy is subject to time limit. The notification states that they shall take 48hrs to reply to the query and there has been no reply from their side. If they take so long to reply to my complaints the process shall exceed the time limit and any hope of the product being replaced or refunded shall be lost. The other e-commerce sites act upon the complaints within 4 hrs. I am really stressed with regards to the casual approach they have towards their customers.
