Sir. I have purched htc 820hand set from pytm. It has manufactur defuct i told to paytm ki ndly change my hand et . But they denyed. So kindly help. They r making fool to customer . Kindly take action.
Sir before 1 monts ago purched htc820. Since biggning is not working properly. I was trying there cuatomer care no. But unable to contact . After 15 days i found there email id . I told all the problem . They did not give me a proper reply . But now they r saying as per. Company policy 15 days over . Theycant change my phone.
