Paytm — Delay in Dispatch

One week back I had ordered Blackberry Z10 mobile on Paytm store, after payment they had reviled estimated shipment date and it is Five days from date of order, even they failed to dispatch my product on given date, coming to customer support it was worst then forst customer support I had ever experienced, So guys please never ever go to paytm, this is the worst service provider
