DELIVERY OF PRODUCT TO WRONG PERSON Balachandra63 Apr 24, 14:43 Dear Concerned, This has reference to various mails exchanged by me, with you, from time to time, regarding non delivery of the ordered Product (2gm 24 KT 995 Purity BIS Hallmarked Gold Coin). The order was placed on 12.04.2015, vide Order No.[protected], for the above Product. The payment of Rs.5, 825/- for the Product, was duly effected by me. However, since, I did not receive the ordered Product, I had started checking with you for the status. Later, you had shared the details of the Courier Docket Number :- Blue Dart, Tracking Id No.[protected]. And as per your records, the product is claimed to be delivered to my Address indicated in the order as No.335, 3rd Cross, 7th Main, Viveknagar, Bangalore – 560047. However, when we checked the above Tracking id, we came to know that, the ordered product was delivered at Jalandhar, to one Mr. Harwinder. The copies of the above were duly shared with you. It is painful to note that, at the first instance the Company of your repute, had wrong delivered the consignment to a person, who is a stranger to the present transaction, and even after my repeated reminders and having provided all necessary details, you are least bothered to look into the problem and deliver the ordered product to me. Given the above, you are hereby advised to either deliver the ordered Product immediately or refund the amount of Rs.5, 825/-. In either case, you shall pay me the damages to the tune of Rs.1, 00, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh) for the entire episode of wrong doings on your part, mental agony suffered by me, failing which, without further notice, I shall initiate proper legal proceedings against you, through my Legal Counsel, at your cost and expense.
