Paytm — Didn't get the refund of returned product

Dear sir/madam, I ordered a juicer/mixer from paytm on 29 July, 2015. When I got the delivery, I found the product damaged and requested to return it. Paytm officials mailed me to send it back to the merchant and assured me for refund for the same. I already have send the product to merchant, but I didn't get the refund.
