Paytm — Different product delivered | |||
I ordered Sony 2TB Hard Disk from paytm on 22nd April 2015, but after some day they delivered me different product, i.e. WD 1TB Hard Disk. I paid Rs 7720, bur received product of Rs 3000. I complained for the same just 5 min after getting delivery through mail (because they don`t have call service), so they managed reverse pickup but till now they haven't solved my problem.
