Paytm — Duplicate product delivered on shipping | |||
I have ordered a Oswal black formal trouser online from paytm official website (order no. [protected]) and made the payment online.On delivery they had shipped a duplicate product which is very much rough and unsatisfactory and seems useless.I want the replacement as soon as possible as I need its use urgently. Please don't have any hope from paytm, this site is totally fraud. Only one solution, go in consumer court.

yes its a fraud company they will not respond and not having any customer care services and even offers are also not having valid phone number please be careful about the PTM... its a fraud company no doubt about it
