Paytm — Electricity bill not paid from paytm

I paid my electricity bill through Paytm in april month2016 but still i am getting that paid bill as due in my electricity bill for month of may and june. I already informed paytm about it but still no response from paytm. My order number is [protected]. Need resolution asap as my electricity bill due date is about to end. my ticket number with paytm is 03557562 and 00921852.
