Paytm — Electricity bill payment not credit in merchant account.

I am using paytm service, my order no.-[protected] dated[protected] sir, in order box my status is successful but my payment is not credited in merchant account. This was a electric bill for cesc kolkata, they are saying your bill is not paid from paytm. And in paytm order status its showing successful. Please help me sir, bill amount was 1570.00/ —
