Paytm — extra deduction

On 2nd of feb 2018, while booking train tickets my savings account no ( [protected] ) was debited twice for amount 8399/- and 8530/-, out of which tickets were issued for Rs 8530/- and after filing a complaint my savingaccount with PNB, JANPTH no being( [protected] )was credited with RS 7249/-ie a deficit of Rs 1150/- which has not been credited to my account till date and time.please remit me the same as early as possible as already more than two months has passed and nothing has been done so far
