Paytm — Failed recharge amount not yet credited

I had made a recharge amount of 425 on the bsnl number [protected] on 25th November and the transaction has been failed but the amount has been deduct from my account. After few minutes I recharge the same number with the same amount it has done. But while checking my transaction details it shows the amount has deducted twice. The amount of 425 has to credit in my account.
