Paytm — Failed transaction amount not refunded

I had added Rs. 500/- in the PayTM wallet in order to pay the MTNL bill on 31st May 2015. I did the transaction on 31st May 2015 to pay the MTNL bill through PayTM wallet, which initially was seen as successful, but later on it failed. The successful and failed transaction have different order ID. My MTNL bill was not paid, as it was unsuccessful, so I paid it separately through internet banking. Later on I followed up with PayTM about this failed transaction, and asked them when will the failed transaction amount will be reverted, but they didn't reply to my mail till many days. There have been various e-mails between them and me about this discussion, but the amount hasn't been reverted yet. I had to follow up with them at crude level, I finally had to use abusive language in one mail, and asked them I will file consumer complaint if they don't revert the amount, only then they started taking matters seriously, and this was just about 2 months ago. In their last mail they said the amount will be reverted in 48 hrs, but I am still waiting for it. Please help me with this matter. This is not about the money, its about doing the right thing, right way. They haven't been listening. Initially there was no customer care number to whom I can talk to, so I retorted to e-mails. Now, they have even removed the failed transaction history from my PayTM account transaction history. The only proof I have of that transaction now is the snapshot which is attached in the mail conversation with PayTM. This doesn't come under ethical industrial practice. They are just making money by removing the transaction history, and not reverting the money. This is what is irritating me. So finally I have to write the complaint.
