Paytm — Failed transaction amount not refunded even after so many follow ups

HI, I had done 4 transactions on 14-Mar on Paytm. Out of which 1 transaction got failed but my account was debited by 235 INR. I couldn't find any customer care number to talk to CSE of Paytm. Then I have mailed to [protected]@paytm.com with all the details on 20-Mar. I got a generic reply as below: "We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know." But the amount was not refunded. On 23-Mar, again I have raised the issue but till date I could not get any reply from Paytm. Ticket number is "Ticket #[protected]: Information on failed transactions"
