Paytm — Failed transaction, no reversal | |||||
My name is Ritabh. On 20th September I made various payments to a merchant through an HDFC Rupay Debit Card through PayTM. Due to issues which looked to be technical in nature, all the transactions failed. The respective amounts for all transactions were refunded except one of Rs. 2, 248.
