Paytm — Fake ads published (Supported Defective Online agent)

I have ordered a products in Greenshopee.com with reference to a flash ads made by PAYTM using my credit card by PAYTM gate way on 26th Aug’15. As of now my product was not dispatched / delivered and the website is closed now.so I requested PAYTM to refund my money back to my credit card or to my Paytm wallet. My Greenshopee order# is[protected], Ordered A7 - 2 mobiles and transferred amount is INR 4696.00 on 26/08/2015.
