Paytm — Fake company unauthorised

I have apply the voucher code for 50 rupees which I got from nivea and it is a authorised scheme of company. But when I apply the voucher code for money it shows voucher is successful but the amount is not submitted to the account it is a worst online website from all the other which I experienced
