Paytm — flight cancellation expenses | |||||
Ive made a flight reservation thru paytm website from vijayawada to hyderabad for true jet airlines. Later on ive got confirmation from airlines that the flight has been cancelled and the refund has been initiated. When ive enquired the same from paytm support by raising a ticket they said that they will look into. It has been a month but no response. When i keep on calling to custoner support even for an hour it always says all executives are busy in attending other calls. Your call is important to us.
