Paytm — Fraud and illegal business by PayTM - tickets pending resolution from months - Higher authorities sleeping

Following issues are pending with PayTM support. I have mailed them "n" number of times for each issue on [protected]@paytm.com keeping their Service Head and Grievance Officer also in loop at [protected]@paytm.com & [protected]@paytm.com but never got resolutions. Even Service Head and Grievance Officer are like sleeping emails with not even a single reply till date.Order Number[protected]> Ticket #[protected]> The product sold is without any MRP and Mfg/Imp Date which is illegal --> Ticket pending resolution from 4th Mar 2015Order Number[protected]> Ticket #[protected]> Sending rotten old products which are having Mfg Date of 6 months old and just near their expiry date --> Ticket pending resolution from 19th Mar 2015Order Number[protected]> Ticket #[protected]> The product sold is without any MRP and Mfg/Imp Date which is illegal --> Ticket pending resolution from 19th Oct 2014 --> More than 20+ reminders sent from my endOrder Number[protected]> Ticket #[protected]> Even after charging shipping fees, seller does bad packaging to damage products --> Ticket pending resolution from 15th Feb 2015 --> More than 10+ reminders sent from my endOrder Number[protected]> Ticket #[protected]> Sending rotten old products which are having Mfg Date of 1 Year 1 months old and nearing expiry --> Ticket pending resolution from 20th Mar 2015Order Number[protected]> Ticket #[protected]/[protected]> Sending a fake product even after boasting that all products on PayTM are original. Selling fake products is fraud and illegal --> Ticket pending resolution from 24th Mar 2015Immediately need following1] Resolution for all pending issues and deliveries2] Apology note from PayTM.com3] Compensation of Rs. 5000 for my time, effort and harassment caused by PayTM.com
