Paytm — Fraud BusTicket

I had booked a online bus ticket from Pune to Sendhwa for 28th August 2015 using paytm. My order No was [protected]. When I reached boarding point I came to know that wrong Boarding Point is mentioned in the ticket and worst thing is that when I was boarding the bus I came to know that no ticked is booked for my name and ticket provided to me in email was fraud. So at the same time I had purchased another ticket from bus operator and completed my journey. I had paid double amount for the single ticket one to paytm and another to bus operator So Please refund my money as ticket is not booked and money is deducted from my account.
