I had purchased a mobile moto G6 on 15 sep, 2018 from paytm and i choose a lucky winner promocode on that . Now, Today i had got a call from paytm([protected]) for the lucky winner price that said that u win the lucky win contest they told me about all my previously details of my product and they said that you have to send us 13600 rupees and we will return u back after making ur invoice and you will got ur lucky winner gift i.e. laptop which i had choosen .And they took my money and dont return me back. please take a serious reaction on this it is very shameful.

My transfer of money from pay tm walet to bank account is still pending from last one month of ₹300.i was asking for it from many days but nothing is done regarding it .it is being said that the money is successfully transferred to my bank account.
