Hi,
My name is Vijay and I have placed order in PAYTM for Micromax 40B200HD 39 Inch LED TV (HD Ready) and my order No is [protected] on 14th of August 2015. I got the product on 20th of August 2015 with damaged condition. I have uploaded damaged photos and placed for return request. After 1 Week they said we don't have any service for return pickup from your location and you can send the product by yourself and we will pay the transport changes. When i was contacted to my local courier they said charge for return the product 3400/- Rs and i informed same to paytm and they said we are not ready to pay that much amount and we will arrange the reverse pickup. But till not i didn't get proper response from them, every time when i called to customer care they are saying we process your request to our concern team we will get back to you within 24 to 48 Hrs. But till now my issue is not resolved. It was almost 3 months has gone still they are not process return request. Was this information helpful? |
