Paytm — Hilex plastic extension cord not working

My paytm invoice number 209764/2016-17/17101, dated[protected], final amount is rs. 158. Complaint is that extension board was not in working condition. I have already registered a complaint on phone. But no body came to pick for same and also not received any amount in my paytm volet. Sold by - shiv enterprises, b - 81, vishwas park, uttam nagar, dk mohan gards west delhi, vat/ tin -[protected], pan-aaopg06260 kindly help.
