Paytm — I have not received refund amount in my bank. | |||
Dear sir /madam, My paytm registers mobile number is [protected] and my name is sunil prakash chavan. Regarding my wallet transaction ld [protected], i have not received any credit in my bank account, very pathetic service by paytm and very poor response on customer care, i have booked the flight ticket a month ago after several complains n after 22 days i got the money refund in my paytm wallet but when i tried to send the money in my bank it showed as a technical error and after that it was showing the money transfered to the bank but when i checked with the bank people they are saying there is no such transaction happened, i raised the compain on paytm care but as usual no response from them, it complete harassment and i have given the indication that i will be going to file legal complain against paytm, but no response, i am totally fed up with the follow ups with these peoples, the total amount for credit is rs. 6066/-. I am attaching herewith the snapshot of the complain for your reference. I am hoping a positive and prompt revert from you. Thanks!
