I purchased a mobile through paytm my order number[protected] i got a conformation mail from them and they
Detect money from my account now they are saying stock is not available but i noticed in website it is still in stock.
Now funny thing start they are saying we will transfer money to wallet then you can transfer to bank account and this will cost 4% of transaction money is this fare why i need to pay 4% for their fault. I composed 4 mails they replying same thing one by one, those are useless even there is no customer care support to speak. Big funny thing is this i noticed transfer to bank account option is not available now i need to spend hole money on paytm.
