I'm so frustrated with the kind of service you provided me since couple of days. I've called to customer care 5 times till now regarding my query & no person is really bothered about giving me the exact status of the issue. I tried booking for a telugu movie & it finally booked 6 tickets for an english movie. The link was showing telugu movie title & display image is also related to telugu movie, but once the ticket selection is done it gave me 6 tickets of an english movie. In this regard i provided you the screenshots 6 days back. But its your super foolish & irresponsible team who did not even bother to update the status of the ticket although i tried to reach you multiple times. Why should i wait for the money to be deducted for the technical issue from your end? Why cant you give me back the refund & work on the issue later? Why is there no voice support for movie section? All the answer i get from your people is the team will respond in 24 hours. How many 24hrs you??? You people really suck at providing us a proper help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
