Paytm — I yet not received my refund money

I paid for the order at paytm through cash on delivery
When i return the product they said that they refunded my money back
I don't receive any money in wallet or in my bank(no bank account is link with this no.)
My registered mobile number is [protected]
I am attaching an file of this issue
I try to contact paytm on fb but they don't reply back
Plz help me

They also giving me a upi reference id[protected] but no bank account is linked with this mobile number
