Paytm — I'm not able to reach paytm customers care

Hi Paytm Cc Team, I'm not able to reach you're all chargeable and toll free number. My oder id #[protected] Today's my mom is received my order in home address then she called me and told shoe's color is different both pairs. Aftr that i trying to reached you're all number like [protected], [protected],[protected] But there no response after all i frustrated and now am written complaints becoz it to big IT retail company and don't having service provided any chargeable or toll free number. When any issue in delivering so How to reach customers with Paytm? See my issue both pair shoe color is different and my mom not having multimedia phone so she don't capture picture.
