Paytm.in — Recharge pending

Sir, I have recharged Rs.36 to my friend's BSNL no [protected]. paytm order no [protected] on yesterday(27/10/2015) but after passing more than 12 hours it is still pending. neither my money was returned nor recharge was successful..
