Sir, i have ordered a asus a556ua-xo016d laptop via paytm order no [protected]. But received metal plate in the packet.. Please help me my email is [protected]@gmail.com

I have ordered laptop asus a556ua-xo016d on 13/ june /2016 on paytm and it got dispatched on 16th, blue dart tracking id [protected].

I have received the product on 18th and i found metal plate instead of laptop.

Please let me know any further information required for investigation.
