Paytm — Issue with login and wallet is reflecting zero amount | |||||
I had my paytm account with kolkata mobile number which I changed to my new number. After that I have been using it on regular basis. But now all of a sudden my wallet shows zero balance even when there are Rs. 2000+ in my account ( I added 3000 recently, out of which some was used in uber). I have no way to even login in my account as it asks for OTP, which is sent to my kolkata number, which I no more have. I could not talk to their customer care guys as the phone gets disconneting after selection of language itself. For raising a ticket on their site, we must login first! So There is no way to reach out to these guys and recover the money!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
