[Resolved] Paytm — Login issue- not able to transfer money because of that

My mobile number is appearing as some different phone number. I am not able to login without otp and the otp is going to some different phone number that is [protected]. It is not my number. My phone number is [protected]. No one is replying to the ticket from last 3_ weeks. Nor i can transfer my balance because of login issue

Guys people are misusing the matter and the detail which we have put on this forum. They are calling as the representative of the company or the consumer forum and asking for the password and the CC detail. Please don't share any of your detail. And please avoid to put matter in detail. I have got a call from the number 8238507331. He was calling him as a representative of the company asking for my CC detail. I have not shared any detail. I also got a call from some other number calling him as a representative of consumer forum. This people are misusing the detail.

Updated by dnsarang On top of that they are asking for my bank statements to resolve the login issue. I am not sure why paytm is asking for my all the bank statements which has my all the transactions history. Please suggest if i cam share or not. This is something no other website has asked for till now.

On top of that they are asking for my bank statements to resolve the login issue. I am not sure why paytm is asking for my all the bank statements which has my all the transactions history. Please suggest if i cam share or not. This is something no other website has asked for till now.
