Paytm — Lost money due to Payment transaction failure but no action was taken

I had transferred 1000 rs to my Shuttl mobile app account from paytm wallet but 1000 rs had not credited in my shuttl account or not refunded in paytm wallet. I'm also facing login issue with my other paytm account. I tried to contact to Paytm customer care number but it is always busy. I mailed them two times regarding this issue but no action was taken from their side. Their support is very poor.
