Paytm Mall — coupon purchased not working | |||
I purchased jewellery and jeweller offer to pay through paytm wallet with extra payment of rs.1800.in exchange paytm offer me three coupons. From last 10 days i am trying to use those coupons however with no valid reasons paytm mall is not validating my transaction. I have reported this error about 5 times to paytm mall however paytm mall is not providing solution and i am unable to cash those coupon. I have purchased coupon with extra money paid and the terms and condition mention at time of purchase and now is different. Even following new t&c i am unable to use the coupon. Coupon: purchase from paytm mall of rs. 3000 and paytm will give me cashback of rs.1500. Was this information helpful? | |||
