Paytm Mall — damaged refrigerator received and they are delaying return pickup | |||
I ordered refrigerator on paytmmall, after delivery when we check it, it was damaged due to outer packing of it. We raised a return request and ask for refund/replacement. But till date there are no proper response coming from paytm. They are saying we are processing return pickup. I submit query against it using app 5-10 times, but never received response in it. Few times i tried to talk to customer care executive and asked for timeline, which they refused and said we do not provide any timeline.
