Paytm Mall — defective product not being returned and account also got flagged wrongly. | |||||
I purchased a few products from paytm mall, and 2 of the products were defective as result i made a return request and for one of the products within minuted i received a mail that my return has been rejected by the courier company of paytm mall as the quality check standards do not meet. First of all it is impossible for someone to come so fast and there was no-one who visited my place to pickup/check the products. Now, paytm mall's internal team has flagged my account for making wrong use of my account, and have to be stuck with the defective products and my money thus gutted. But as genuine customer if they can see my account order history i have shopped and used paytm a lot for all the services they provide, it is a very big flaw at their internal team's end to access frauds and genuine customers. Thus, i would like to have these defective products returned and my money back and would like to hit back at paytm for violating my right as a customer for not returning a defective product and demand compensation for the mental agony and harassment done to me. When I called to the customer care for completing KYC it was clearly mentioned that you will be not charged but KYC centres are looting the money it is really unfortunate please take action on these kind of people
