Paytm Mall — fraud by paytm in selling me a laptop | |||||
I rohit goel have ordered a laptop asus vivobook x507 on 09 october 2018, order no. [protected] on paytm (Registered mobile no. [protected]) I have been delivered a laptop on 11 october 2018. The serial number on the laptop is not the same as mentioned on the paytm bill. I have requested a return but rejected by paytm. I have constantly talking to paytm daily but getting no responses from paytm. My paytm case reference id is 90966805. After getting no responses from paytm after three days, i reported the case to national consumer helpline docket no. 962296 on 15 october 2018.
