Paytm Mall — regarding unicorn 150 delivery issue

I have bought unicorn 150 from paytm mall on dated 27 oct 2017. Paytm gave me delivery date 22 nov 2017. I have to give booking amount 20500/- to paytm mall. But till the bike does not yet deliver on my address. They do not give me any response and delivery confirmation.

I want due charges 500 per day after a delivery date.
