Paytm — memory card defective n still not received refund

My order no. [protected], phone no. [protected]... I have purchased 64gb memory card on 21 sept n on 28 dept i received... I put refund. Req instantly as i got curupt memory card so till nw i have talked many times with paytm bt still they r not giving satisfied answer... Plz help me n solve my problem.. As paytm is not having good customer support so

Its very unfortunate to know that you have been going through such problems during this festive season.

As far as your problem with your refund is concerned, since your problems are still unanswered and they haven't responded satisfactorily to you, you can always file a consumer suit against the service providers / sellers / dealers for providing defective goods or deficient services. This suit shall be filed after giving them a prior notice at the district consumer forum (if the valuation of the suit is below 20 Lakhs).
Hope your concerns are answered satisfactorily.
