Paytm — misguide the customer

The paytm team misguide the users. I many times recharged but no back is given. Today i recharge airtel for rupess 199.00 with order id [protected] i applied promo code (Dp2d gclc enc7 kca7). But while transaction i promo code was not applied. Talked to customer care but they said your promo code was not applied. It has been happened before. Now customer care said you version is old. Unneccessary replying.
Kindly help... The complaint is not only for some amount. It is the case of cheating the customer.
