Paytm — Mishandling of my Money - Shipment Not deliver after 15 days of Order and after ccomplaining Money get refunbded in Wallet.

I have ordered for an product from Paytm Order # <[protected]> 15 days of passing order the shipment not delivered yet.after many follow up no revert received . Today i got revert as amount refunded in my wallet and order cancelled . I am too frustrated with the sevice of Paytm . I want componsation on this and action against Paytm for mishandling of my money . What can i do from Paytm wallet . Now onward why i use the Paytm service . So Please help in this regard.
