Paytm — Missing some products and not given discount of 2000

I bought navakarsystem 4 channel dvr with set from paytm app they posted in hard disk and wire but that parcel not have that i ask many time to paytm customer care they are till now not responds also the paytm app discounts given my paytm wallet that amount also not credit what can i do sir i have attach bill and that navakar details pls ask him to give my discounts and missing products thanku who is reading this please be care of paytm thanku.
