Paytm — Mobile not shipped even after 4 days. Telling storis that payment is not received. Worst site. Paid Rs.18,000..

Hi, I don't know what Paytm is upto. I have placed an order[protected]. I have paid Rs.18, 000/- the amount have been deducted from my account and I have even confirmed with the bank. they are telling that the transaction is very much valid. I sent around 8 mails and this is my 9th mail. I got 3 wonderful mails. One gut told that my mobile will be delivered in 1-2 days. Another guy told it will be delivered in 3-4 days. One more guy told payment is not at all done. I have no words to say after those 3 mails. Funny thing is same guy has told that it will be delivered with in 3-4 days first and again he sent a mail saying payment has not done. You can see those replies below. 1. I have checked and from what I see, your order could not be processed as we have not received the amount from your bank. Don’t worry though, from what we have observed, if amount has been deducted, your bank automatically refunds the amount back to your account. It may take anywhere between 3 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account as the timeline varies from bank to bank. In case it has been more than 10 days I request you to check your statement and get in touch with your bank. If you have further queries please let us know. Rs.18, 000 is not a small money for a middle class person. I need to talk with at least one of the guys of Paytm. What kind of site are you guys running???? Please be professional with what you do.
