2. Material received on 08.10.14.
3. I Launched complaint Ticket No: Ticket #[protected]: Re: Shipment for Paytm Order #[protected]
4. Customer care Sachin mailed me on 09.10.14 that Pick up boy come & take back material and money will be refunded.
5. I repeatedly sent complaint & mail daily twice from that date & where as Sachin / Chandan/ Ankita three customer care Persons replied, but till date no action has taken.
6. From 16.10.14 customer care Kushank attending my complaint Ticket #[protected]: RCtkt - Help Query
7. From 30.09.14 to till days 22 days ( 3 weeks) as a customer I am not getting any support from Paytm customer care and it is leading to mental torture..
8. Why don’t I launch a complaint thro’ consumer court with all my evidence against Paytm.
9. I want concrete reply / action within 24 hours from this complaint,
10. Failing which I will go for consumer forum for claiming money back for the materials in addition to my mental agony.
11. Being a Senior Management category, I myself not getting support / reply / action from Paytm rather facing mental stress and what will be the Paytm support for an ordinary Laymen.
12. Whether the Paytm is not having Proper system to business online trading or not capable.
