Paytm — mobile number changing issue

Dear Authority,
I am an old kyc customer of paytm for a long time, but they not take care for me, recently I want to update/change the mobile number and I already send them many mails and I already fulfilled Their all criteria but till now the problem not resolved. Paytm have no customer care for call so please take a right action on them.
