Paytm — Mobile / paytm cheated | |||||
Dear Team, I have purchased a mobile HTC Desire 620G from PayTM on 24th May' 2015 & now my mobile touch screen is not working. When I have taken it to HTC service center for repairing purpose they have checked my IMEI No -[protected] & said that this mobile is manufactured at taiwan so that the warranty is invalid. After that I have contacted to PayTM in this regard they said that bring the service refusal copy from HTC & after that we will provided you service in this regard. Then I have again contact to HTC customer care & bring the service refusal copy from HTC & given to Pay TM. After giving Service Refusal Copy PayTM have logged a complaint in this regard on dtd. 11th April' 2016 & after continuous followup with PayTM they have raised a Return Request on dtd. 23rd April' 2016 which Nuvo Ex Team is assigned. But here they are not mentioned any thing about that this is for service / warranty purpose or any thing & also this is not clearly communicated to the NuvoEx Team. I think as they are unable to give me proper support in this regard so they are raised the return request & its also approved which is beyond the policy of PayTM as the mobile already 10+ months older. After raising the Return Request Courier Team have come to me & found that my mobile is defective & used one (Which very well known by PayTM Team). So the courier person cancel the return request. After cancelling the return request I have again contacted to PayTM team in this regard. After which PayTM care team stated that they are again raising a Pickup return request with properly stating this is for buyback/warranty replacement purpose. After this much conversation & continuous follow up. they have closed by complaint stating that the mobile is used one & will not be eligible for return policy. Now when I have contacting to PayTM Team from my registered mobile No - [protected] & putting my order id[protected] it is saying that this is a invalid order id & i am unable to contact to paytm team. All Documents related to this concern & complaint is attached for your reference. Documents are mention below : 1- Refusal of Service Mail 2- Full Conversation with PayTM. 3- Mobile Invoice Copy 4- Pay TM Order Screen Shot Please help me to get solution in this regard. I had recharged twice today but I didn't get the recharge for 3G Internet pack but my money was deducted n msg received was recharge successful
